How come so many import errors?
Posted: Thu Dec 31, 2009 6:16 amLast import there were 19 errors for 10 files. Mostly "error finding the big blind for game #" and "no dealer line found for game #". How can I resolve this?

Posted: Thu Dec 31, 2009 9:34 amIf this information is missing from the hand histories then PT cannot import the hand. These are not PT issues, it's an issue with the site not writing the hands correctly.
