How I can import PT3 data base into PT2? Or Do I have to import all HH/pocceced files.

I got 0 hands exported after going to Database Management/export/export hands. I couldn't find an button export database so I tried to make a back up, but the file was just 8MB althought I do have more than 300k hands.

You need to import the processed hand history files that were used to import into PT3 in the first place. The export from PT3 doesn't use the same format PT2 expects in all cases.
