Restart the computer.

Install the latest patch if you don't have it already, version 2.17.01g from this link (MAKE SURE YOU DOWNLOAD THE PATCH INSTALL, the second link on this page, and NOT the full version:
http://www.pokertracker3.com/products/PTH/download.php

Then open just one instance of PT and see if you can import again.

Yes - I already had the G patch installed prior to these problems.

I did reboot the PC and it seems to be working ...but I'm still got that same pop up error msg after a reboot.

But, it's not happening everytime now. I will reboot again a few times and monitor and see if this keeps happening.

will post back with results.

If you are getting database errors then I need to know the most recent entry from the pterrorlog.txt file not a list of the errors caused by incorrectly formatted hands. Is it still the error about the duplicate key on the PLAYERS table?

Are you sure that you don't have multiple instances of PT running?

If you restart the computer, go to the File > Import Hand Histories/Tournament Summaries window, click the Select Files To Import button and then navigate to the Full Tilt hand history folder and select a file to import does it still give a database error?

Not running more then 1 instance of PT.

I tried importing hands via tournament summaries like you said, it did work without errors.

Would like to add that this problem ONLY started happening AFTER I re-installed PT a few days ago. Prior to that, it was all working fine.

Could this have anything to do with having 2 postgres DBs on my HDD?

This last error is from 3 days ago. Is this the last error in the file or is there any from today?

It's odd that it would allow you to import manually but not via the auto-import window.

Does it give this error right away on the auto-import window or does it work for a time and then it errors out later on?

It shouldn't matter how many databases you have.
