is it allowed to use PT3 on merge Network?
i dont if its allowed and i m afraid to use it cuz i know in some networks as cake and another isnt allowed but idk about merge......

PT3 is allowed at all the sites it supports, so yes it is allowed at Merge.
PT3 is also allowed at Cake - the HUD does not work and you can't see opponents' stats as that would break their terms, but you can import hands and view your own stats.

I know Merge Network is not on the official list of Support Sites for PokerTracker2, but is there a way to configure the program for Merge Network (e.g. CarbonPoker)?

Not for PT2. PT3 does support the Merge network though.
