Import Finished With Errors - The import finished but there were errors. Open the Utilities/Error Log Display/Maintenance window to see the errors - 1 file(s) read - 0 new hand(s) were imported.

Hi, I can't seem to figure out why PT2 isnt importing any hands... when I run the program, this error comes up. Also, when I open PT, there is nothing listed in the browser for "Move processes files to the following folder"... so I basically try to search where I want the saved hands to go and I think I might be saving it to the wrong place everytime. Why does this browser keep coming up blank every time I log in?

Could someone give me a hand, please...

Open the error log window like the message suggests and state what the errors are, I have no way of replying if I don't know what the problem is.

I keep getting the same thing at Stars:

No turn found for tournament game #17449079118.

It seems almost every Stars tournament gets these errors because the hands aren't going to the river.
