cant repair a database because lack of disk space

i deleted the file that said backup. also theres nothing in my poker tracker folder excepte jpegs of different parts of poker tracker

What was the name of the file you deleted exactly?

How much free disk space do you have now that you deleted that file?

it was just a folder that said pokertracker backup. nothing was in it.
on my computer it says

local disk (c:)

free space: 1.49 GB
total size: 27.8 GB

ive played about 100k hands so far without using pokertracker so will those hands ever import once i get pokertracker working again?

how can i fix this problem. my computer keeps telling me i just dont have enough space to do anything. even if im doing it out of pokertracker.

27gb is an unbelievable small disk. Even cheap computers today come with 100gb or more disk space.

You can try repair PT outside of PT like I told you before...

Doing that doesn't do a backup.

Importing 100K hands is going to take up the rest of your disk space. So you need to consider another computer or you need to find some other files to delete in order to free up space.

yeah its a 4 year old inspiron laptop that ive had forever. i will just get a new computer. can you link me to a thread about moving a database to a new computer. thanks for the help
