I may be dense....but how do I move the files from the processed file back to the Pokerstars file? I know you said *to* do so, but I really have no idea *how* to do so.

Thanks.

Use need to use Windows Explorer to do this. Right-click on the Start menu and select "Explore". Go to the folder where the processed files are and move those files back to the c:\program files\pokerstars\handhistory\[username] folder. If you don't know how to move the files you'll have to read the help for Windows Explorer.

Thanks...did it...twice. Visibly see the 68 post 5/8 files moved back into my Pokerstars HH Folder. But when I do "Force Import" I get the exact same error message as I did before (the one that prompted me to get the patch in the first place."

Any ideas?

Did you install the patch? Does your version number say 2.17.02A in the title bar of the PT window?

yes, it does indeed say 2.17.02a. Upon clicking on the PS Icon, it tells me that I have 69 files in my PS HH folder. Upon clicking "Force Import," I get the same "A database error has occurred" message that I got before. And the files won't upload.

You never said you were getting dastabase errors. What is the EXACT error message you are getting?
