I bought PT2 back in 04, but PAH within the last few months. Not sure when and I can't find it. When you get a chance could you let me know a cost. Doesn't seem like PT2 or PAH are a good solution anymore.

If you go here...
http://www.pokertracker.com/products/PT ... t_purchase
you will see how to link your PT2 and PAH payments to your account. Then if you go to the PT3 purchase page and add it to your cart (you don't need to purchase it) it should show you what the discount amount will be.

Are you using the "C" patch.
About how long does it work for before it gives the access violation?
If you restart PT again and try to import does it still give the same message the very next time?

I have the latest patch 2.17.04c and I don't have any error messages but it just keeps saying "No hand history files have been created/updated since the last import."

If it's not finding any files then you either don't have FT configured to save the files or you are pointing PT to the wrong folder. Click the help link at the top right corner of the window and follow the directions it give there for getting this setup.

Yes, I am using "C" patch.

It works for about 100 hands or so.

Makes no difference. I've tried restarting my machine, etc. No difference.

Hello Pat,

I have the same issue with the access error, so I tried the auto import and no luck.
I am on Patch 2.17.04c.

I have tried splitting these into sets of 6 and still no luck.

Here is the log file, please help!

Not that I know of. Try emailing FTP support and see if they can send them to you.

On the FT auto-import window, click the Enable Logging link.
Click the Force Import button.
After it errors, open PT again, click the View Log link on the auto-import window and copy/paste the text of the log file into a reply. ALSO, can you tell me exactly what the error message says? What does it say in the title bar of the error window? Does it give any kind of program name?

As I said before, you cannot use the generic auto-import window to try to import these files. If you get the Access Violation error, open each of these files that starts with "FT20090708 " using Notepad. Do a File > Save As and in the Encoding field, select "ANSI" instead of "Unicode"...just leave the file named the same. Then import them again.
