Hello,

if I import the PP-summaries send by mail I allways get such error-messages:

>>Unable to get the tournament game date(2) for tournament game # 6856496319MAR 08 12:54:56 EST 2008=20<<

and there are problems with the seatnumbers, too. I have just installed patch21701h, but it didnt help.

What can I do?

It sounds like a regional settings problem. See this FAQ:

Sounds so, yes, but my settings are okay. The PT-settings are as recomended and I just checked the XP-regional-settings: they are all amerikan. There must be something else ...

How are you importing these summaries? Are you using Check Email/POP3 or did you save the text of the email into a file and are importing it manually?

I cant handle that POP3-thingy ... I save them from mail and import them manualy

That's probably the issue then with how you are saving them. Are you copy/pasting the text of the email into a file using Notepad? Please describe the process you are using. Also, are the emails sent to a Hotmail/Yahoo account or something else?

The mails are send to a gmx-account. I simply save the mail as *.htm and import them with PT.

Try saving them as .txt files using Notepad.

I copy the text from the mail to notepad and saved it as txt-file ... same error. I tryed also to copy it without the intro-text and the end-html-code ... same error.

Are you sure the lines aren't wrapping? Post one of the summaries here.
