betfair error message

hi guys

just looking for some help.
When i play on betfair some hands are not been recorded in to poker tracker database. For example if i play 100 hands only 90 - 95 will be recorded and it always seems to be hands with large pots. obviously this is messing up my records.

In my "error log display/maintenance...." i have over 4000 error messages displayed. they all say

"Invalid level (SB)...$100 USD NL Texas Hold'em - Wednesday, March 12, 00:35:25 ET 2008"

or

"Unknown action (** Dealing Flop ** [ 4s, Ah, 4h ]) in of_Summary for game #387962627."
"Unknown action (** Dealing Flop ** [ 4s, Ah, 4h ]) in of_Summary for game #387962627." etc

whats all this mean and how do i sort it ?

What are the most recent errors? The first error you posted is from a hand played in March. The other 2 are for the same game #.

Are you not using the "Move processed files..." option so that PT moves the processed files to a new folder?

hi again i have been saving my hand histories into a seperate folder on my hard drive. thank god
i was running versin 2.16 and have now uploaded the patch for 2.17, then purged my old records and re loaded my hand histories. seems to have sorted the problem.
