I started getting an error "No dealer line found for game # " about 2 days ago. It seems I get it whenever trying to import UB full ring cash HE games (no ante). Not sure what this is about, but it's also been leading to what seems to be a bigger sort of error having to do with an insert query of some sort that can't be performed. Import into Full tilt seems to be working fine.

There is nothing PT can do about these errors. If you look at this hand, the player listed as posting the blind is not listed anywhere in the top or bottom section of the hand where it has the seating information. You need to contact UB/Cereus about these to get them to fix the bugs in their software that don't list the seating information correctly.
