Problem with party emailed hh

When i lost connection during play, i asked party to send me hh via email. Than import them into PT, but tthem were recognized not as 5/10, but as 5/5. How can I fix this problem? thank you!

Are you letting PT change your regional settings to English/US at startup?

Yes, PT change my setting at startup. 2.17.01g. i'm using windows xp. This hand loaded as 5/10 for me too. But rest party hh loaded as nl 1000. How can I change 5/10 to nl 1000?

Create a file using Notepad and copy/paste this text...

Then use the Utilities > Database Maintenance and Options window and purge this 5/10 session. Then use the Select Files To Import button on the File > Import Hand Histories/Tournament Summaries window to import this new file and it should go in as NL $1000 now.

I have many hh like this. Can you create some patch or something? Thank you!
When I tried to do like you said I get such error: 1 hand(s) were not imported because they were not Holdem games (or unsupported tournament hands)
