Import Error with PT

Postby orive002 » Sun Apr 27, 2008 4:41 pm

I played in some tournaments earlier which i rarely do and am now getting this import error

File Name
"C:\Program Files\Full Tilt Poker\HandHistory\MDBuyes\FT20080427 Satellite to FTOPS Event #15 (47068067), Table 2 - 10-20 - Pot Limit Hold'em - Logged In As MDBuyes.txt"

Error Message
"no button line found for tournament game #6196295532."

I deleted the hand histories for that tournament thinking maybe it would just skip over this but i am still getting it. Anyone know what I can do?

This means that the hand histories created by Full Tilt are not formatted correctly. There isn't anything PT can do about these errors.

If you still get the error then you need to move this hand history file out of the hand history folder so PT doesn't attempt to keep importing it and giving the same error message every time.

I've deleted that hand history but am still getting an error. This message is written in the pterrorlog

Any idea?

It looks to be working. After I deleted the hands I had to restart PT

I went to the sticky and was pretty sure that I had reached the maximum amount of hands for one database even though it was only around 300K hands. I started a new database and its still acting up. I'm still getting an error message, but it records some of my hands from a current session. Its really weird because its only some hands, and just ignores some of the others. What should i do?

Did you make the new database you created the "Dflt" database?
Did you close and restart PT afterwards?
Did you click on the Observed Hands tab of the Full Tilt auto-import window and change the database listed there to be the new database you created?
