Having trouble importing

Everyone once in a while (5min - 1 hour) , I would get a error regarding importing on Pokerstars.

I open error log, all of the messages read

'No flop found for game #1$%%$%$"
'error - the rake is not a valid amount for game#$%@#$"

I have already downloaded the latest poker stars patch in may. I am on poker tracker 2.17.02a. But that does not solve the problem.

I have poker tracker 3. and it does not have this problem. but I would still like to get poker tracker 2 fixed. thanks !

If you have v2.17.02a then you should not be getting the "no flop" type errors anymore.

Post the hand history text of the hands that cause this rake error, I've not seen those with PokerStars.
