PT2 broken :(

My pt2 worked perfect for a month. In the last 2 weeks, it only accepts about 20% of the hands. The other 80% say error.. either:

No flop found for game
No turn found for game
No river found for game
unexpected action

Anyy ideas?

As well.. once fixed, is there a way to reload those hand histories?

Will switching to PT3 go through all my hand histories and find all good/bad hands and load them?

If someone can help and needs more info please let me know. I have never posted on this forum and am new to poker tracker.

What site?
If it's PokerStars, did you download the latest PT2 version from the post stickied at the top of the General forum?
