I Can't find Service postgres anymore

Two days ago ,
I was running a tool of clening registry of windows.
After that , I tried to run poketracker but it didn't works.
I found that the service postgres on windows ther wasn't anymore.
What I can do now ?

Reinstalling PostgreSQL may well be in order - what version of PostgreSQL did you have?
