999 - SQLSTATE = IM002 [Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager]

The problem happens immediately after double-clicking the PT2 icon.

Here is an image of the initial error. This happens RIGHT AWAY when I open PT2

After you get this error, open the File > Maintain Database Names window.
Click the Add button.
Enter a description, check the "Dflt" box and in the last field choose "Select existing PostgreSQL database".
This should open a window to show you a list of PostgreSQL db's. If it does, select the one you want to use.
Click OK to save all changes and then CLOSE AND REOPEN PT.
Does it work now?
