database broken?

Vakuum Full/Analyze doesnt work anymore

The only times I've seen this error is when people use some sort of clean-up utility program that deletes stuff off their hard drives including files that are 0kb. Doing that deletes these PostgreSQL files that may be 0kb but they are needed by the program.

Have you done this?
When did you last backup your database?

yes i made a O&O Full Defrag
never made a backup but still works execpt vacumize

someone gave me the advice do maintenace this database with pgadminIII
should i try it?

You could but that's probably going to fail as well.
