Error Message ( no more import )

Hello. i wanted to ask if somebody can help me:

I mine hands quite often and when i try to get them into my database , this message appears and pokertracker dosnt work well:




my pokertracker doesnt import hands during the play either

i hope somebody knows this error message and can help me out =)

I did everything the FAQ guide told me, i created this "_old" and downloaded the new and inserted the new in the folder of pt2 and did everything,but the same message appears ._.

what shall i do now? everything sounded so perfectly logical and good ._.

As I said above, it's issue #2 in the FAQ, not #1. Read the second part of that FAQ.
