PostgreSQL and FAT32

Is it still the case that you can't use PostgreSQL on a FAT32 hard drive?

My Access database is too big so I started trying to convert over and saw that issue in the instructions but as the instrctions point to a much older version of Postsgre I'm hoping they've updated it in some way so I can do it otherwise I'll have to use a new access database

I expect the answer is yes but just thought I'd check!
