SQL won't complete install , "secondary logon" message

I get all the way to where you enter the second password

From the Start menu select Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services and find "Secondary Logon Services" in the list. Is it there? If so, is it running? If not, try to start it.

Thank you. I had to manually start it (Win7).

Admin Tools - View Local Services...
