Hello, I think the reason because it cannot find the hh-folder is because there are two hidden folders in a row. When I try to add the folder it won't go any further than C:\Documents and Settings\XXX\Local Settings. And it looks like there are no folders after LocalSettings, but there sure is.

Is there something I can do?

Edit: Version is 1.13.04L. Same problem was in f-version too.

You need to make the folder visible.

From your desktop double-click on the "My Computer" icon. On the window that opens, under the Tools menu select "Folder Options". Click on the "View" tab and then check the box that says "Show hidden files and folders" and then click on the "Apply" button. Now you should be able to see this folder when you click the Hand History Folder Location button.

Click on Organize > Folder and Search Options
On the next window, click on the View tab and then check the box that says "Show hidden files and folders" and then click on the "Apply" button.

It still won't let me go any further than that to choose the right directory.

Outside of PTO, if you open a file Explorer session in Windows to see all your files and folders are you able to get any further than Local Settings? If not then you need to follow the instructions above for making the folders visible in Windows. Then PTO will be able to see them as well.

Yes, to C:\Documents and Settings\xxx\Local Settings\Application Data\P5\Betsson\handhistory.

Follow the XP instructions anyway to make sure that PTO can see the subfolders. If that doesn't work then I really have no idea why that would happen. I've had countless people with this situation and all were able to see the folders after making them visible in Windows.

Well, problem still exists. I've been importing hands manually.

Pity that there isn't option to import from sub categories also, that would help.

There isn't because you should be able to select the exact folder. I've never seen this issue before. Are you comfortable using the Windows registry? If so I can give you a way to set the folder manually. This is an Ongame site that uses the new R5 hand histories, right?

Yep.

OK, use regedit and go to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\PTrackO

Then change the value of the OG_Folder to the desired folder name with the complete path.
