Problem with hand history from Boss Media

I know that there are a lot of problems concerning Boss Media, but I think my problem is new!
When my first problems happened I followed the advice from the forum where I could find my hand history files, and I think I found them at a PC health file, but the new thing is that they seem to be changed, the files are definately hand history files but when I type the path in the hand history folder location field, poker tracker transfers them, but can't recognize them.
Has someone an idea what this problem can be!
