Have newest patch (1.05.03), yet still can't import

Played a reasonably long Stud8 cash game session last night for like the 2nd time, however I couldn't import the hands. When I tried the first time, it said it didn't read any hands, so I had pokerstars send me a zip file with all the hands. Unfortunately, that doesn't seem to work.

When selecting the file to import, it says 1158 hands were not imported because they were not Stud games (or unsupported tournament hands).

When I click on "ok" it takes me to the Error messages and it says 'Unable to get the game data(2)...about a thousand times.

Any help to get these hands into PTS would be greatly appreciated.
