Help getting started with PTS

Just started using PTS (not a computer wiz) whats the best way to learn how to put all the bells and whistles to good use?

PTS works just mostly like PTO and PTHv2 with respect to importing hands and viewing stats. If you are asking how to use the stats to help out your Stud game then someone else will have to chime in since I rarely play Stud anymore.

Just in general how can I best learn how to use PTS,PTH , and PTO. How to "crunch the #s" to get best practical use of them.
