Windows 7

I just got a new computer today and was horrified to discover that there wasn't a windows 7 version of PTS for me to reinstall/repurchase. I say horrified because playing internet stud makes up 90% plus of what I do with my computer. Is the Vista version going to work for me or something? Is there a PTS Windows 7 version coming out soon or am I going to have to take my computer back and buy XP?

There aren't special versions of PTS for each version of windows. There is only one PTS, and it works fine with Windows 7.

Does PTS work with the latest version of postgresql (8.4.2)? Probably a stupid question but I don't know what's involved when they change from 8.3 to 8.4. Just making sure they didn't break anything in the process.

PostgreSQL is a different story. There will be problems if you use 8.4.x. 8.3 should be OK, but to be safe I would use 8.2.x.
