can i import 1 hand where there was an error?

for some reason PTS didn't import one hand i played. every other hand was. i got an error message that said "winner could not be found". i had the HH sent to my hotmail account.
the hand in particular was when i believe the whole deck was dealt and we all had to use the community card. first time i have ever seen that (yes i am new to stud).
i would like to import it as i won the hand and would change my winnings from red to green.

That is very rare - I've only seen that happen at play money tables - so PTS is not set up to handle such hands. Post the hand or send it to me in a private message and I might be able to format it so that you can import the hand.
