For some reason, none of my razz tournaments are being imported into PTS properly. I always get this message.

If it still doesn't work please post one of the summaries that won't import.

I tried the patch and it unfortunately didn't change anything.

I was able to import the summary fine. Make sure you are letting PTS change your regional settings. Utilities > Regional Settings... on the menu. That is the only thing I can think of that you might have different than me.

It is set to ..."always change every time I open..."

What can we do from here?

All I can think if now is to try this patch:

I don't think I made a change for Razz tourneys in there but it's worth a try.

Well... since installing this patch, 2 tournaments have been imported into PTS perfectly. For whatever reason, it works now.

And something tells me it wasn't the latest Vista update that fixed things...
