PokerTracker

Hi!
At the moment I'm running a trial version of Pokertracker Stud and I have no problems importing hands from full tilt, but I can't import hands form pokerstars, the hands are already stored in a file and I can see them, Pokertracker stude also shows the right path at the window that is used to import hands. So what's wrong?

If your hands imported without errors but you can't see the stats then you probably have a filter set that is preventing you from seeing all of the data. Go to the Preferences tab and click the Remove All Filters button.

The problem ist, that the hands are not imported, Pokertracker tells me that there are some files, but not imported hands, like at full tilt. I can see the hands in a file on my computer, but they are not imported by Pokertracker.

Are the hands in English? They need to be for PTS to import them. Change the setting in PokerStars to save the hands in English.
