Can't buy PT3

Hi, today I tried to registrate PT3, paying with paypal (the onlyest paying i can do here).

But i can't get into my paypal-account by continuing your page to order pt.

This page appears: https://www.paypal.com/de/cgi-bin/websc ... b71ef37df3

At the other side, i checked into my paypal-account without any problems from another computer.

What's the problem?
