integrate description into tracker

instead of having them on the site , it would be easier / more intuitive if the description is on poker tracker itself so that new users do not need to be forced to visit the help and can use it immediately

suggestion 2 : an option for something like mouseover help. this is where you click "mouseover help" Just move your mouse over any function of PT3 and you will see a brief description.
