Upgrade to All Stakes NLH from Small Stakes Issue?

I purchased upgrade to all stakes NLH from small stakes, but can't see where to re-input my license to be able to import 100NL & 200NL tables?
The instructions say:
'Thank you for your PokerTracker purchase. Above you will find your PokerTracker license code. Copy this code, paste it into PokerTracker 4 after the start up splash screen and then click the 'Register' button. PokerTracker will then display as registered to your name and email address.'

But, when I open PT4, it doenst go to splash screen, just straight loads to the regular database with community/play poker/view stats tabs.

Any way to fix this, or what am I missing?
