statistics wrong amount

Hey, my statistics page is showing the wrong amount of winnings. The results and the graph section show the correct amount. I believe when filters are in place all show the correct amount.

My quick filters have also disappeared for no apparent reason. I think I made a new one last night again but it's not here today.

Just to double check I made a quick filter just now, closed the program, reopened, and the filter is not there no mo.

What site are you playing at?

I've just tested and I'm unable to reproduce the problem with the quickfilters saving - can you be a bit more specific about the exact steps you're taking?

ipoker. I had made a few quick filters in there already, they worked and stayed in there for a couple days, then next thing I know they're gone. I just open up quick filter, put in the filter, save.

That's odd - I haven't seen this myself, or heard anyone else report it. Did all quick filters disappear, or just some of them?

All of them do any time I close and reopen the program.

What operating system are you using?

Try restarting PT4 by right clicking it and clicking Run as Administrator and let me know if that fixes things for you.

Uninstalled pt4, reinstalled, put in filter, closed, ran as admin, opened it back up filter was there. Put in another new filter, closed the program, opened without running as admin, both filters were gone. Opened as admin, put 2 new filters in, closed, reopened as admin, filters gone. Tried doing it as admin and not as admin a few times more, filters still not staying either way. Maybe the uninstall reinstall had something to do with it the first time?
