You can manually import previous hands into that database from your 'Processed' folder using 'Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk' which will provide you with more data:

C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Processed (Windows)

\Users\{Mac Login}\Documents\PokerTracker\Processed (macOS)

We do have a higher than normal ticket volume at this time but a technician should be replying to you soon.

I got instructions in my ticket, and I believe there is an error regarding a checkbox to be activated. I stated that on the ticket so now I have to wait another 3 days for a reply just to be able to start troubleshooting?

I think this is borderline unacceptable. I'm gonna spend a month just to get started with fixing this.
