How to get my PT3-Database to PT4?

Is there a way to import HEM notes into PT4?

Notes should transfer from HEM databases when they are converted. Isn't that working for you? What type of notes are they? (player, hand, session, etc)

Reimporting from the originals or exporting from PT3 and importing into PT4 should all work - but if you can get us the original hands from one of these tournaments in a support ticket so that we can figure out what kept the conversion working properly we would greatly appreciate it.

There is one further problem, which may or may not have to do with the conversion of my database:

Have you added any extra stats to the report? If you added extra stats to the report depending on which you added it could result in that kind of behavior.

I can't remember that I've added extra stats and "Restore to Default" doesn't change anything.

Ok that is odd then. Is this on the Overview report?

Yep, this on the Overview report. There is even some kind of pattern. When a month appears twice, then one with many and the other with very few tournaments. When I click on the month with fewer tournaments I get to the tournaments of the following month.

So one of the January 2012s gets you to February 2012? What happens if you double click February 2012 then? Do you see the same tournaments?

This is exactly what happens.
And it strongly looks as if this issue is caused by tournaments that start in January but end in February.

Could you please compress a few of the tournaments from that month overlap period and attach them to a Support Ticket. Include a link to this thread and tell us what timezone you're in so that we can investigate. Thanks.
