Kraada, tuning postgre feature is awesome, and it will be very useful for many users, but I had tuned my postgre to the top-speed already months ago. And it's not the solution for our topic's subject.

No things have more importance than this.

Nobody tells you this is very urgent thing to do, we are ready to wait. But we, as advanced users (I think I can call people who building custom stats and HUD's, having large imports and so on) and advanced beta-testers tell definetely to you that it's a problem and a lack of performance to not having cache for all of stats. If you keep it without changes, when the beta period will be over this problem will be obviously shows up to the surface.

As a personal user of custom statistics I very much understand your concerns and will bring them to the development team's attention. I cannot guarantee what actions will be taken as a result, but I will make sure that people are aware of your thoughts.

I apologize for not hopping into this conversation sooner. I've been out of the office the past few days for family reasons.

Custom stats in PT4 are currently not being cached as we found in PT3 that it was causing a lot of problems. Therefore we added a lot of new stats into PT4 and decided to no longer cache custom stats.

If you are experiencing slow HUD retrieval performance due to custom stats -- please send us your PokerTracker4.log files via the link below and I will look at each one. It is possible that there may be a bad query or simply an inefficiency.

Contact Us with your Slow Custom Stat Performance (Include your PokerTracker4.log file and in the subject, please reference this thread)

If custom stats are not displaying relatively quickly and this is happening on a large scale then we may need to look into changing our methodology. In order for us to determine that, I need your logs :)

Best regards,

Derek

Okay! I just submitted the ticket #121044 with detailed contents (screenshot, HUD-profile, stats, log).
