Hi

Trying to download 8.3.18. For that version it doesn't give me the option to download either a 32 or 64 bit. Not really sure what to do now, it's still running very slow. How do I create a log file to send across to you? What other version would you recommend me trying to install.

Thanks for your help.

I have the same problem and I have the latest version 8.3.18.

When I want to look for a player and when I am playing it is super slow.

If I observe table it is fine, the problem pups when I am playing myself.

Any suggestion?

Thanks
Marry

For those trying to upgrade to 8.3.18 you want this installer, not the one-click. My apologies, I should have been clearer. Download and unzip this file, then run UPGRADE.BAT and that should be all you need to do.

Marry,

Please send us the PokerTracker4.log file after you've experienced some of these slow results so that we can investigate for you. You can find this file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - it's the text file called PokerTracker4 that is there.

If you deleted the PostgreSQL directory that data is not going to be recoverable - however PokerTracker 4 moves the hand histories to the processed folder that is listed on the Configure --> Sites & Import Options --> Preferences page. If you Get Hands From Disk on that directory you should have all of your data by the time it finishes.

PT4 runs alot smoother now I have a newer version of Postgres. I've set a reminder for me to back up my hands every week now. Don't want to lose them again. Silly me. Thanks for your help btw.
