Apologies for the delay daz1981 - things have been very busy since I got back from my holiday. Unfortunately your last reply to your ticket just moved it far enough back down the queue that I didn't get to it yesterday, but I'll make sure you get a reply today.

I am having the same exact problem. Hands importing fine, HUD does not show up on 888. It works fine on Party though. I was just fine on my Win XP system just a few days ago, this only became a problem when I set up everything on my new Win 8 system. Is it a Windows 8 bug maybe?

I have a problem on 888 too. It does work, but not all the time. When the blind level changes (i play HU SnG) HUD disuppears and sometimes doesn't show up for several hands, which is unacceptable esp in superturbos, where blind level changes so often.
I don't know if this is considered a bug (since it works, but just very sow), but i never had such a problem on HM, and right now HUD is missing almost half of the time in ST.

Could you both also please open Support Tickets about this and post your ticket numbers here so that we can get this to the development team ASAP.

We can see an error in daz1981's logs but don't yet have quite enough information to fix this as I can't reproduce it myself.
Please enable logging (Configure > Options) and restart PT4. Play a few hands at a single table (ObsoleteOne, please play until you see the problem) and then attach the PokerTracker4.log file from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\ (which you can access from the PT4 File menu) to a ticket along with the hand history file for the session and a screenshot of your table window.
