this is so tilting, it seems to not read hands from any poker platform

Your logs show that you are using PostgreSQL v9.2 which is known to cause problems and is not supported.
You will need to install 9.0 (our recommended version) instead and create a new database.
Once you've done that check the Configuration Guides for your sites to make sure that you have everything configured correctly.
