Yes PT4 has already work for me. Yes PostgreSQL is installed.
Yes I can see Postgre.
As I told you, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't work.

EDIT: Sorry I didn't see that it wasn't for me.
I don't understand because Postgre is running when I press ctrl + alt + del I can see it running.

This tells us that something may be interfering with the way PokerTracker can communicate with the PostgreSQL process, chances are it is your firewall or antivirus. Please review this guide and report back to us if this does not help. Good luck!

What Antivirus and Firewall do you have installed, and which versions?

I've got window's firewall and Avira free anti virus. I can't tell you the version of Avira but I guess it is the last one, I make update everyday.

There is no PostrgreSQL in the list.

Did PokerTracker 4 ever work for you? Did you have PostgreSQL installed previously? Did you ever uninstall PostgresSQL accidentally? If you visit Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features do you see Postgres here (do not uninstall if you do!)?

PT4 have not worked for me.
Installed PostgresSQL today using tutorials in this site.
Didn't unistall it.
Yes, I see Postgres in control panel\... .

I might have posted my problem to the wrong place.

When i start PT4 it opens window where I can click "Continue Trial". Then comes little window "Configure PostgreSQL Server". I have not changed any information there. When I click "Connect", I get "Unable to connect to this database. Please check the configuration"

In Configure PostgresSQL Server I haven't changed anything.

That sounds like there is a problem with your PostgreSQL installation - please try fully uninstalling PostgreSQL and then re-installing it by following the appropriate guide from here.

Try installing PostgreSQL to a new directory that you create somewhere not in either program files directory (e.g. create C:\PostgreSQL\ and put it there) and let me know if that doesn't fix this (it often can).
