No HUD on Mac after new update.

Hello,

i play also in winamax and poker stars .fr,on a mac and ihave problem too : my hand is on the tracker but the problem is the HUD i look the support too make all good but not working

On poker stars i have problem to find my hand history because it is protect and i cannot open it just if i run poker stars and click on " open history hand " but i cannot had in "setup assistant" in PT4….i think i loose a step but which one ?
if someone can help me

What do you have listed in the Options --> Instant Hand History Options for PokerStars? Is "Save My Hands History" checked?

I have the some problem after updating.

I play at PS.es.

Same here with PS.fr: since the 4.07.1, the hand are imported and after few seconds, no more import and no hud is displayed on the tables.

Any chance to downgrade to 4.07?

Please tell what language you have your Mac running in, and confirm whether or not the hands are importing as you play?
Open a Support Ticket and report your problem. Be sure to attach a screenshot of the table window and the hand history file for the session along with your log files.
Post your ticket number here so that we can look at this ASAP.

Come on guys... there's at least 5 topics talking about exactly the same bug and you have not been able to reproduce this... try with a Mac with the 4.07.1 and you'll see it

When I launch PT4, the hands of the previous sessions are imported but after some seconds, nothing happens. When I stop importing hands, the soft freezes.

Done but not received an answer since yesterday.

Same trouble here, playing at PS.es, importing correctly while playing and MAC OS in spanish.
