Can either of you figure out what specific players those would be? Do they have any odd characters in their screen names?

Status display shouldn't make a difference.

Nonetheless if you could restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder. A screenshot and the hand history file would also be a big help.

Close PT4 and Stars. Then click Start, click All Programs and in the PokerTracker folder you'll find a link titled PokerTracker 4 (Logging Enabled). Click on that to start PT4 with logging.

Start up your session and play normally until you get the problem again. Then attach the file I specified to a ticket using the link I gave you.

The same general bug hasn't recurred as far as I know - and when it happened the last time, the complaints came pouring in. Please follow the steps above and we'll be better able to figure out what is going on here for you.

I'm having the exact same problem, just sent you all my log files and screenshots - Ticket 136321

So far the players that cause this for me have been k345, krissyb24, Squezze1, rocco13579 and Dantistcopra. It seems to be the exact same bug which started happening a few weeks ago vs the specific player ToTMidiaN, which you fixed.
