I've requested and received the history audit from pokerstars.fr (in csv format)

Use Get Hands From Disk and choose that file.

Done that...nothing changed :(
I have a PT4 backup from 2013 aswell, want me to restore that and see if that makes any change?

Restore the backup into a new database -- that way nothing is overwritten -- and see how it looks then.

Yeah uhmmm i made a new DB, then restored it (eventho it only goes to jul2013) and i got an error after it was done, i've send it to support.
Anyway i had to restart and it prompted me with the message that it needs to update the dataabase, so i clicked accept.
And its still going since i started it ~18hours ago, is that normal?

That seems like quite a while. Are PokerTracker4.exe and postgres.exe still using CPU in Task Manager?

It's not still working then; you can kill the process via task manager. If you restart PT4 after that does it continue updating or not?

Yes it pops up the screen again, but i can choose YES or NO.
