I think i found the solution.
The hands that were missing were allways the last one of the game. So i turned off "auto close tournament without notification" and it seems to work. Maybe my PC doesnt write the hand histories fast enough before closing the tournament.

It's good to hear that you found the solution - that will definitely cause problems if the final hand isn't being written.
You should be able to request the complete histories for those tournaments where you have missed hands from PokerStars.

Hi, I had a quick read of the problem above as I am also experiencing this. I have over 150 SnG's finished in 0 place.

Looking through most of them they were in fact "losses" but they all have a finish hand in the hand history.

Is there a way to update this quickly?

If you play multi-table SNGs then you will need to enable tournament summaries as well in order for PT4 to know where you finished and what you won - we can only infer your finish position from the hand histories alone in single table tournaments.
Check the PokerStars Configuration Guide for how to do that.

If you don't have summaries for your existing tournaments you can request an "audit" file from the PokerStars "Requests" menu (in PS7 this is Tools > History & Stats). Request it in CSV format and you can import that to PT4 to update your data.

If you have a tournament where you think the results should be known but aren't please attach the full original hand history and summary file to a Support Ticket so that we can investigate.
