Hey I recieve the response from the ticket... and say that I shouldn't import hand from sites who sell. That's ok but i'm importing hand directly from my hand history folder from PS and the HUD doesn't work
I formatted my pc and try to import and occurs again. Slow import and the HUD appear only in the first table that I open. because not importing properly the HUD can't load in the other tables.
I don't know what to do

I did send the ticket the 09/19/2014 and there is not a response yet.

I don't see any tickets linked to your account, but if you opened a ticket as a guest and already received a response then it will be in the right place - replies can take a little longer over the weekend as we are normally a bit short-handed.
