Try one more thing and if that doesn't work create a support ticket linking to this thread and requesting remote assistance and we will take care of you.

That one thing is to go into Configure -> Statistics and go into the Columns section for cash or tournament (wherever you have the most custom stuff) and uncheck cache from a chunk of your custom columns and save them, then try again. Only 1590 or so custom columns can be cached before you get that error.

created support ticket 36h ago, but nobody is getting back to me.

trying to import a single month of handhistories. it is extremely slow and there are a ton of errors. i just set up pt4 on a pretty fast gaming laptop and it's the same. i know that the files aren't bad or anything. imported the same exact hands a week ago or so and i had no problems at all. took less than a minute iirc. oh and when i play and import hands, the hud is extremely slow too. seems like there is a 10-15 seconds delay updating the hud stats after a new hand

please please please help me out. i have lost 4 days on this already, had to postpone coaching sessions because of this.
