Make sure that your HUD is reading from the current active database in 'HUD -> Edit HUD Options -> Advanced'.

I only got one database and it's reading from it. I've also re-indexed but nothing happening with HUD still now showing up

i try to update to PT 4.15, i'm getting a lot of error messages during installation, maybe it's sth related to that- When I reopen it's still version 4.14.24 running

it's been very frustrating how slow the support is, i had my whole week-end session wasted unable to multi-table without HUD

Please check that PokerStars is still configured correctly as some PokerStars updates can uncheck the option to save hands and then the only hands that will import will be observed hands via the PokerTracker 4 memory grabber (until the limit of 30 hands is reached).

What errors? If it's something like 'error opening file for writing' then restart your computer and then re-run the PokerTracker 4 installer as the very first thing you do after restarting and that should fix that. If you have any further trouble installing the update or getting things going on PokerStars please report this via our support system where one of our support technicians can assist you further:

Flag_Hippo wrote:Is your Windows/PostgreSQL using a Czech locale? If so you'd want to refer to this link for further details. If not then locate and delete the postmaster.pid file if it is present (not "postmaster.opts" which may be there too). You can find that file in C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\9.3\data\ although you may have a different PostgreSQL version (e.g. 8.4, 9.0) or have it installed in C:\Program Files (x86). Once it's deleted, reboot and try starting PokerTracker 4 again. If that does not fix things click your Windows Start button then type the following command:

services.msc

and click on it when it appears. Do you see the PostgreSQL service in the list? Is it started, or can you start it? If the service is listed but not starting open the Event Viewer (in the same way - if you type 'event' after clicking your start button you should see it). In the top left section, expand "Windows Logs" and click on "Application". Do you see any recent errors in the top center section for PostgreSQL? If you do let us know what they say.

This is it what it says: 2017-12-12 19:02:00 CST FATAL: configuration file "D:/PostgreSQL/9.3/data/postgresql.conf" contains errors

I have recently changed this document due to the recent win update cause I am Czech locale. Changes I made: I replaced 'Czech_Republic.1250' with 'Czech_Czechia.1250' everywhere in the doc (4 changes in total).

When I run services.msc and look up the path for starting the postgresql, it is correct.

Tried deleting postmaster.

Please help

Did you restart your computer after making the changes to the postgresql.conf file? If that doesn't fix it zip/compress a copy of your postgresql.conf file and attach that to a Support Ticket where one of our technicians can take a look at that for you.
