Cash and tournament data are stored separately and you can switch between the two using the '$' and 'T' buttons near the top of the PokerTracker 4 window.

Select the correct version of the Windows operating system in Step 1 and then download "FP XX for Firefox" in Step 2. Once you've installed that version, restart PokerTracker 4 and you should be able to watch the in-client videos. The videos are also available to view in your web browser here.
