Hi. I pasted the log files in a support ticket and clicked submit but I don't think it worked.
Anyway, here is a dropbox link to my log files.
I am having an issue with the HUD disappearing during my session and I am also experiencing alot of lag recently.
Hope you can help.
Kind regards.

There is an issue with your database cache so it needs to be rebuilt:
1. Close any open poker tables and poker site software and stop PokerTracker 4 imports if that's running (or wait for it to finish).
2. In PokerTracker 4 click "Database -> Database Management".
3. Click your database line then "Rebuild Cache -> Full Cache Rebuild".
4. If that finishes without errors or warnings restart your computer and see if that resolves the lagging.

Hi,
unfortunately I am still experiencing alot of lag. Do you have any other suggestions? Will I send more log files?
Thanks!

Did the cache rebuild complete successfully? You can send us a new log file in a
Support Ticket but I'd also recommend trying things out on a
new empty database and letting us know if that resolves the lagging or not.

Yes I think it was rebuilt succesfully. It didn't stop half-way through or anything but I didn't get a popup that it completed.
I'm still getting the pop up that there are hands that aren't imported but I can't seem to locate these on my compuer. Would you know where they would be stored so I can manaully import them?
Thanks
