.

I had many double entry and have deleted them,
Now I'm updating my database:)

kraada, by the way: I have changed the positions using pgadmin, do you remember? (https://www.pokertracker.com/forums/vie ... 61&t=53763)

Will it interfere with the update? Thank you.

I have a huge data base a little over 80 gigs after 20 hours or so for the update to do all it needed to now when i turn it on it doesnt import any hands and when i try to click stop getting hands it freeze

I would like to get back to the tables sooner then later can you please help me out

Thanks

I think the problem is with huge db´s. I have a 16gb db and the import speed is very very slow like 1h/5sec. On your 80gb maybe its importing but it seems to freeze because its so slow. I created a new empty db and the import speed was ok on that.
I think we have to wait for a fix...

tried everything i've just read, checked the cnt_3b column and only had that shown once, tried housekeeping and reverting the postQ, doesn't change anything at my end, also rebuilt the cache, which thankfully didnt take me too long (approx 20mins) - no difference, not sure what else i can do ive submitted a support ticket. I want to play so ill try playing off 4.10.9 for now, in future gonna have to wait a week or so before updating new version because cant afford to do this

having slow import/stop import performance, wrong HUD placements or it takes like 20+ hands for it to show up or not at all on some tables.
have tried the usual update to ver4.11 stuff e.g rebuild cache, run postgres tuning.

have yet to try re-installing the update?
support ticket sent and hoping for a response soon.

btw how do we manually update the database?

diogo: Installing over the top of an existing installation is the proper way to update. As long as you only changed the values of the existing columns it should still work the way you want.

Too2Coo: From your log it looks like your cache is incomplete. Please rebuild it by going to Database -> Database Management -> Housekeeping -> Rebuild Cache.

Firenze: Good luck.

ollalla: We tested some fairly large databases in alpha testing and didn't have trouble with them. Could you update your ticket with this new information please?

ZakWray: Do you have a ticket with a log file?

wikked: There's no way to manually update the database but if you have a database that isn't updated in 4.11 you can trigger the update by setting it to Active. What's your ticket number?
